Invitation to Tender
If you want, I can select contractors suitable for the job and budget and available within your timescales and send out tender documentation. I allow time to talk each contractor through the job either at my office or on site and answer their queries on materials and suppliers. Their quotes can come back to me or yourself for selection.
Project Inspection
If the project involves a number of different contractors or you are simply too busy or not available to deal with contractors, I can oversee the work, be on hand to answer queries and assist with problem solving. I can visit the site to inspect the work at key stages.
Planting
You have several options when it comes to planting. A landscape contractor will generally be willing to plant but I’m also happy to plant my own designs (nothing heavier) and mulch afterwards – my ‘green gym’. I can call on helpers when needed.
At the other end of the scale you can do it all yourself from the plan and schedule. In between, there are options where I supply the plants and leave the digging to you or supply and set them out for you to plant or we can work together to plant them. It’s entirely your choice.
